Hailing from Sitapur, the Bajwa family's odyssey started with a finance business in 1988. They stepped into real estate in 1990. The Bajwa brothers belong to a family of civil servants. Their father, Late Gurbachan Singh was a PCS officer from the UP cadre. He had been posted in Meerut as the sub-divisional magistrate(SDM). In 1988, Jitendra Bajwa, who had been studying law, decided to break away from family tradition. There has been no looking back since then.
